Basic Access

The Basic Access is free. The main feature is rate sheet management that allows your mortgage team to create, maintain, and share rate sheets. It offers powerful features to help manage different rate offerings from different lenders, compensation tracking, and product features. It enables easy sorting of rates by terms, lender or the default rate offered by the team. Guest users automatically have this package.

Value Access

The Value Access is for mortgage professionals who do not want to upload and manage documents in Revo, but still want to take full advantage of the Revo Mortgage Collaboration System. There is no limit to the numbers of deals the user can create. This package will appeal to many bank based mortgage specialist. Guest users who have been granted access rights will be able to sign in and manage deals for the user.

Elite Access

The Elite Access is for mortgage professionals who want to upload and manage documents in Revo. There is no limit to the number of deals the user can create. This package will appeal to many mortgage professionals who want to take secure document management to a whole new level. Guest users who have been granted access rights will be able to sign in and manage deals for the user.

What is guest access?

A guest is someone with access to broker deals. Access can be set automatically so that all deals are viewable to a particular guest (common for broker assistants), or guest access can be set for each individual deal (common for co-brokered deals or vacation coverage).

Mortgage agent in a brokerage

Are you a mortgage agent in a brokerage that belongs to a national broker network but manage your own deals and do not work within a team? You can still register a Revo account and obtain a single user license to use the services to manage your own deals. Choose the Value Access or Elite Access

Mortgage broker team

How does a mortgage broker team register and use Revo services? Each mortgage brokers in the team needs to register for a Revo account and obtain a single user license. Assistants to the team can register for a Revo account and be granted guest access to the agent's deals. Assistants are not required to get a user license if they themselves do not own mortgage deals.

Mortgage specialist from a bank

Bank mortgage specialists could use Revo to track all aspects of their mortgage business and still be in compliance with bank rules and policies. Client personal and financial information are not required. Use client first name and last name initial or some other identifiable info unique to you. The important thing is you get to track all other aspects of the tedious mortgage workflow and process.

No duplicate data entry

There is no need to enter your entire application information more than once. Revo initially only needs some basic deal information such as applicant name, email, phone number, mortgage amount and rate chosen. All additional data entered is part of the the deal workflow and interaction.

Revodoc has helped increase the efficiency and the effectiveness of my mortgage business. I can now track a deal from start to finish in one spot. When I was brokering I often wished I had a way to make my business more efficient in terms of organizing documents and files, tracking sales and pipeline and communicating with clients and lenders. Different brokerages and lenders had varying solutions of addressing these challenges but there was never one solution that could do it all.
